How Much Does Architectural Photography Cost in Sacramento?

Final cost depends on the size of the project, how many finished images you need, whether we’re shooting exteriors or twilight, and whether the project calls for Showcase or Editorial coverage. Every package includes a Lifetime License, with no expiration date and no renewal fee. Twilight photography is a $350 add-on. If a designer or contractor on the same project also wants the images, a Shared Media Package lets you split the cost.

Video testimonials start at $2,500 because they’re usually built into a larger project package. For contractors, that means "The Proof" Package. For designers, it usually means "The Story" package.  In addition to a video testimonial, these packages can include a full photo set, before-and-after coverage, aerials, and a social reel. If we’ve already photographed the project, a standalone testimonial add-on is also available.

Social content starts at $1,200 per month. That covers one content day, eight finished Reels, and a posting plan. $2,000 per month adds a second content day and static posts. $3,500 per month is three content days and the highest volume. All tiers require a six-month minimum, and you save 10% on the first three months when social is added to a photo or video package.

Projects outside Sacramento County include a travel fee that covers both the Site Study visit and the shoot day. If you have a project outside the county, ask us and we’ll quote it clearly up front.
